We are seeking a committed and passionate After School Program Coordinator to design a program that includes academic, enrichment and physical activities at Oakland Academy of Knowledge.

Benefits :

• Pay rate : $60,000 - $66,000 Yearly DOE
• 40 hours a week (Typical work hours are from 9 : 30 am - 6 : 30 pm)
• 16 BACR paid holidays

Minimum Requirements

• 3 years experience in a K-12 setting or other youth lead program
• 1 year experience as a supervisor and proven ability to lead a team
• Available Monday through Friday 9 : 30 am - 6 : 30 pm

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation, supervision, and safety of the program at the school site
• Meeting agency and district recording requirements : attendance, payroll, and compliance
• Create, plan, and facilitate engaging enrichment and physical activities for students
• Promote a safe and positive emotional climate in the classroom, the campus, and your team
• Coaching and mentoring of staff
